Job Summary:  

This role is intended to provide support to the execution of the CLE programs LexisNexis offers. The primary focus for this role is around various reporting needs and preparing new On-Demand and Non On-Demand programs.

Accountabilities:

• Generate Reports and Process Continuing Legal Education Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams
• Assists in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed
• Assists in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests
• Keep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers.
• Ad-hoc projects, as assigned
• Individual will gradually become familiar with state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs to be able to provide telephonic support
• Continually identifies improvements for CLE processes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service (phone calls and email)
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Background in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.)
• Project management – automation project
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently and can work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
