We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both hot and cold preparation, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present hot and cold Dishes
• Ensure consistency and quality of all food produced
• Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with training junior team members when required
• Control wastage and follow proper portion standards
• Ensure mise en place is organized and prepared on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience
• Have an expertise in all cuisine
• Basic English communication skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards

Preferred Profile

• Experience in luxury hotels or high-volume restaurants
• Passion for cooking demonstration
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
