Negotiation power and scope: You’ll lead commercial reviews, Joint Business Planning, and term negotiations directly with major FMCG and specialized alcohol suppliers.
Data-driven freedom: We move fast and operate without corporate bureaucracy—if the data supports a new trend, product launch, or strategy, you have the room to execute it.
Cross-functional impact: You’ll collaborate directly with Marketing on high-impact seasonal campaigns and partner with Supply Chain to ensure top-tier availability.
What you will do
Own category performance: Deliver on sales, margin, and profitability targets across assigned Alcohol & Wine categories.
Drive supplier management: Lead commercial negotiations, annual reviews, and Joint Business Planning to secure the best terms, innovations, and growth opportunities.
Optimize assortment & pricing: Continuously evaluate the product mix, pricing structures, and promotions to maintain a competitive and profitable customer offer.
Launch & innovate: Drive the end-to-end commercial evaluation and market launch for new products, seasonal activations, and brand expansions.
