• Assist the Restaurant / bar Manage in his tasks and share his work.
• Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.
• Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of restaurant / bar.
• Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service.
• Supervise the service.
• Teach, instruct and introduce your subordinates.
• To develop creative and attractive setup presentations for potential clients.
• To attend and participate in all required meetings.
• To supervise the execution of Restaurant / bar events accordingly to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered。
• To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.
• To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior.
