Information and communication technology instruction is integrated into all student programs. International Baccalaureate, Advanced Placement, and Knowledge and Employability courses are also offered to high school students.

Other instructional programs include kindergarten offered in all elementary schools, special education for students with unique needs, First Nations, Métis and Inuit education, and early literacy. A Montessori program is established in grades 1 to 7. Lethbridge Christian School provides Christian education for students from kindergarten to grade 8.
