We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Business Finance Analyst to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner to the Branch Operation & IT of Malaysia Business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Participate in Business Partnering with commercial and operations
• Supporting Budget, Rolling Forecast Preparation and Monthly Variance Analysis.
• Involved in the Accounting Operation of the Month End Closing Process.
• Develop and Leverage the Different Sources of Data and Providing a Series of Analysis and Dashboard Reporting.
• Check Source Data to Verify Completeness and Enhancing Accuracy.
• Custodian and Reviewer for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Incentive Tabulation and Submission.
• Other ad-hoc and analysis task.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
• At Least 3-5 Years of Relevant Working Experience in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or similar industries within a Multinational Environment would be an added advantage.
• Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willing to Travel Nationally up to 10%

• Good Analytical Skills and is Able to Present Analysis in Rationale and “Speaking the Audience Language”.
• Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented.

• Business/Commercially focused acumen.
