    • B2B Sales | Outbound | U.S. Market | Full-Time Remote

Your last job gave you a script. This one gives you a vertical.

ScaleSource builds remote teams for U.S. businesses. One flat monthly membership puts a dedicated, full-time professional inside a company, and we handle the recruiting, the contracts, the payments and the replacement if it ever comes to that. No recruiting fees, no placement fees, no hourly billing. It is a simple product to explain and an easy one to believe in.

The hard part is that nobody goes looking for us. The owners who need this most are the ones still answering their own phones at 6pm, and they are not searching for a solution. Somebody has to call them first. That is the job.

If you need a script handed to you every morning, this is not the role. If you can be dropped into an industry you have never sold into and have real conversations booked inside two weeks, keep reading.

The Big Picture

You are handed an industry and a phone, and asked to turn it into a contract-generating machine.

We do not need someone who says "I made my calls today." We need someone who says: "I called 63 clinics this week, 11 picked up, 4 booked, and the two that pushed back both said the same thing about coverage during surgery hours, so I rewrote the opener and I am testing it Monday."

That is the difference.

What You Will Own

1. Your vertical

You get an industry, not an account list. Research it until you know who signs, who blocks, and where the work backs up. Build your own prospect lists, write your own openers, and find the sub-segments that actually convert.

Nobody is going to tell you which 200 companies to call. That is the job.

2. The phone

Outbound across four channels: calls, email, SMS and LinkedIn, run as a structured 14-day cadence. You hit the daily activity floor, you finish every cadence you start, and you keep improving the opener based on what the last 50 calls told you.

Motivation gets you through week one. Process gets you through week nine.

3. Booked calls and signed contracts

You are selling a 30-minute discovery call, not a membership, and then you run the full cycle from there. Discovery that surfaces the real pain, honest handling of price and hesitation, and a decision instead of a drift.

Anybody can be the cheapest. That is not a skill, it is a surrender.

4. The CRM

If it is not in Zoho, it did not happen. Every deal logged inside the hour, every record carrying a real next action and a date, dead deals killed honestly rather than parked to make the pipeline look healthy.

A clean pipeline you can defend beats a big one you cannot.

5. The funnel and its automations

You are expected to make your own job more efficient every month. Build lead generation for your vertical, automate the manual steps out of research, prep and follow up, and use AI tools daily so your hours go to conversations rather than admin.

If you are doing the same manual task in month three that you did in week one, something went wrong.

Daily Activity Floor

  • 80 dials
  • 40 cadence emails
  • 12 SMS
  • 10 LinkedIn touches
  • 20 new leads added, fully enriched and segmented
  • 100 percent of scheduled cadence touches completed. Zero skipped days.

Weekly Outcomes

  • 20 real conversations with decision makers
  • 5 discovery calls booked
  • 70 percent show rate on the calls you book

Your First 90 Days

  • Sign 6 new ScaleSource contracts
  • Build the core vertical funnel and tracking system
  • Launch lead generation for your assigned vertical
  • Build CRM visibility from lead source to booked call to signed contract
  • Build or improve at least 5 funnel automations

After 90 days: 4 or more new contracts per month, every month.

Core Values and Mindset

  • Have Fun. Outbound is hard enough without being miserable. We celebrate signed deals loudly and laugh at the calls that go sideways.
  • Try New Things Fast. Test the new opener this week, look at what it produced, keep it or bin it. You do not need permission.
  • Best in the World. Within your vertical, you should end up knowing more about how those businesses operate than anyone else here.
  • Put in the Work. There is no version of this role where the calls do not get made. Nobody is checking your screen, and nobody needs to.
  • Hold Accountability. You own your number out loud. If you are behind, you say so first, with what you are changing.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Please do not apply unless you meet these requirements.

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling services to U.S.-based business owners
  • High-volume outbound calling experience
  • Experience owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages
  • Experience managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue
  • Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Availability Monday to Friday with overlap with U.S. business hours, Central Time preferred
  • Daily use of AI tools to speed up research, prep and follow up
  • A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet place to make calls

These numbers are not decorative. If you cannot point to where in your work history each one happened, please do not apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Not required, but a big plus.

  • Experience opening a new market, vertical or segment from zero
  • Experience selling a recurring or subscription offer to small and mid-sized U.S. businesses
  • Experience working in an EOS company or another scorecard-driven operating system

Tools

You will work in Zoho CRM, RingCentral and Calendly daily, plus automation and AI tools of your choosing. You do not need to know all of them, but if learning a new tool stresses you out, this is probably not your seat.

Who This Is Perfect For

  • You have built a pipeline from nothing and would rather do that than inherit one
  • You are comfortable calling a business that has never heard of you
  • You change your approach based on what the last 50 calls told you
  • You automate your own busywork instinctively

Who This Is NOT For

  • Prefers inbound leads or a marketing team that fills the calendar
  • Prefers to be managed daily and told what to work on
  • Prefers a fixed script and finds rewriting it uncomfortable
  • Prefers a guaranteed salary with no variable component

This is a hunter seat.

Benefits

Compensation

  • $1,250 USD per month base while you ramp
  • Base rises to $1,500 USD per month once you sign your first 6 contracts
  • Uncapped commission on every contract you sign, on top of base
  • We do not track your hours. We track your contracts.

What You Get Beyond the Pay

  • Full ownership of a vertical, not a slice of someone else's territory
  • Direct working relationship with U.S. operators and decision makers
  • An EOS environment with clear goals, weekly scorecards, and honest feedback
  • Freedom to build your own process instead of executing someone else's
  • A fast hiring process and a straight answer either way

How to Apply

Applications take a few minutes. You will be asked a few short screening questions, and specific, numbers-based answers are expected. Vague answers will not move forward.

At the right stage of the process, we may ask you for a short video submission and a take-home assessment.
