P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services spans a wide range of activities, including software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, technical support, access governance, infrastructure management, and the procurement and maintenance of equipment and software. The overall goal of IT Services is to deliver technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Build application prototypes and solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging agentic and robotic process automation, document extraction, LLM and other tools that facilitate organizational business process automation and personal productivity. 

  • Write robust documentation, technical requirements, tests, and agile artifacts to facilitate knowledge transfer and clear scoping for new implementations.    

  • Demonstrates flexibility in self-enabling and learning new technologies adjacent to automation toolsets, including data transformation, analytics, and reporting to build more robust end-to-end solutions. 

  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding of business objectives, detailed requirements and requirements elicitation and documentation to facilitate LLM development and testing. 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent education in experience. 

  • Experience: Generally, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software engineering and/or application engineering. Experience in architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.  

 

Scope of Job/Qualifications:  

  • Strong knowledge and development in Agile SDLC. 

  • Traditional full-stack development experience; Node.js, Python, Java preferred. 

  • Exhibits expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. 

  • Knowledge of Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platforms and robotics process automation is recommended.
