• Intégrer dans les systèmes internes les contrats d'emprunt, de swaps, d'options et les opérations de change des clients.
• Enregistrer, contrôler et mettre à jour les opérations de change (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options).
• Analyser les informations financières transmises afin de garantir une intégration fiable et précise des données.
• Assurer la mise à jour des contrats (nouveaux financements, réaménagements, remboursements anticipés, etc.).
• Contrôler la cohérence et la qualité des données intégrées.
• Garantir le respect des délais de traitement et des niveaux de service attendus.
• Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer le suivi de leurs dossiers en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
• Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des méthodes de travail.
• Contribuer à l'identification et à la résolution des anomalies liées aux données financières.

• Diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+5) en Finance, Banque, Économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 0 à 2 ans d'expérience en finance, banque, marchés financiers ou dans un domaine similaire.
• Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, RECHERCHEV/XLOOKUP, formules avancées).
• Connaissance des produits financiers, notamment des emprunts et des produits de change (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Options), appréciée.
• Une première expérience en gestion de la dette ou des marchés financiers constitue un atout.
• Capacité à analyser et traiter des données financières avec rigueur et précision.
• Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
• Esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
• Sens du service client et aptitude à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
