We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Corporate & Commercial Team. This role will be based in  Guangzhou / Shenzhen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the China insurance industry including knowledge and understanding of corporate insurance program and a strong network of insurance and relevant industry contacts. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Assume full accountability on team performance including revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, team discipline, etc.
• Oversee the quality and timeliness of team deliverables, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
• Direct market and industry research to identify new growth areas and trends for insurance and risk transfer solutions.
• Manage the business pipeline and nurture solid client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives. 
• Build and leverage strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activity.
• Select and negotiate with insurance carriers to deliver high-quality product solutions and service standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Practice Leader.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 8+ years of experience in insurance broking or broader insurance industry.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
