A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Assistant Application Manager at Business Unit of AEP team in MKS, you will partner with our customers and cross functional teams (such as Headquarter, Sales team, Technical Center, other Business Units, and etc) to support the business growth task in our company, especially in plating process. In this role, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager (AEP team) in China.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Provide technical leadership for ECD pulse plating for PCB and IC S and drive product qualifications and l technical rollouts to customers in Asia
• Act as a key counterpart to the global business unit - fostering technical knowledge exchange and collaboration
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues within your area of responsibility, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders

• Collaborate with different departments, including Equipment and OEM teams, to align strategies and ensure sustainable business success
• Own and maintain local process documentation, including datasheets, technical sales presentations, specifications, troubleshooting guides, and process manuals
• Travel Requirements: Flexibility and global perspective, including a readiness for frequent international travel to connect with customers and partners worldwide (15 – 30% travel activities)
Skills You Bring:
• A master’s degree in chemical engineering and relevant professional experience on pulse plating for AI PCB
• 5+ years of related experience or above
• Deep expertise in pulse reverse electroplating for PCB / IC S applications, and a passion for advancing cutting-edge technologies
• Proven leadership excellence - you know how to inspire teams, communicate effectively across cultures, and foster collaboration that delivers results
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex information, make confident decisions, and adapt with resilience in fast-changing environments
