LOCATION: Hyderabad

Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to IT Asset Management Process for End to End Assets life cycle management at the location
- Updates and administers asset databases, tracking life cycle of all assets.
- Work with users, IT teams and procurement to support the IT Asset Procurement
- Onboarding of new asset by CI Creation of new assets in the asset management tool
- Maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation as per SEZ / STPI compliance requirement
- IUT / Movement of IT asset as per SEZ/STPI/Domestic regulatory requirement
- Coordination with Global Logistics Team spocs for new asset procurement, asset movement etc.
- New project / Ramp-up support from IT asset provisioning perspective
- Repair of Faulty assets and ensuring that assets are repaired on time and available for use. Working with procurement team and vendors for asset repair.
- Periodic reconciliation of in -store and In-use inventory and work with Fixed Asset finance team to update the FAR.
- Manage the Helpdesk ticket related to IT asset fulfillment
- Work with IT teams to plan refresh of the asset basis the age and working condition of IT asset.
- Support de-bonding of the asset as per statutory requirement
- Exit clearance of employee from IT Asset Prospective as per HR process
- Support Request for Change / CR implementation
- MIS & Reporting support
- Participate & represent all internal and client IT assets audit and ensuring Compliance in the mandatory attributes e.g. Serial Number, Model Number, Assets ownership and End user tagging as per Account master & Process Name etc.
- Hands on experience on End user computing like Desktops, Laptops, Hard Phones, Wifi devices, etc. on both Hardware & Software.
- Hardware – expertise in replacing motherboard, SMPS, RAM, Laptop LCD Screen, Laptop keyboard, Proc coolant, Avaya hard phone config, Video Conferencing equipment’s etc.
- Software - OS level troubleshooting in Win 7 & Win 10, MS Office 2013 & Above package, Outlook config, Skype For Business, One Drive, Softphone, all windows applications troubleshooting, Windows updates failure troubleshooting, Antivirus troubleshooting, HDD to HDD Imaging / Ghosting, Printer, Scanner, Bio Metric, Data Encryptions, VPN troubleshooting, Wify Config, Video Conferencing.
- Hands on handling of IT Ticket resolutions on ITIL based framework, Maintaining systems compliance and audits as per COPC and ISO 27001 standards.
- Installation of PGP encryption software on all the desktop/laptops to ensure we are compliant to IT & Customer security policies.
- Desktops Administrator & BIOS Password Reset.
Key skills & knowledge:
- 4+ years’ experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software in a Windows-based PC/LAN environment or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree required
- ITIL V3 or similar certifications required
- Knowledge of SEZ/STPI compliance: Bonding/Debonding, IUT
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Inventory Management
- Communication, Analytical, Interpersonal & effective Coordination skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Education Qualification: Graduate
