As an AI Engineer – Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance

- Designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences

- Conducting code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve software quality

- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes

- Utilizing React Native and scripting languages to build scalable and efficient applications

- Collaborating with client teams to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions

- Navigating complex situations to anticipate client and team needs and deliver quality outcomes

- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas

- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements

- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

- Excelling in client-focused relationship building and management

- Navigating complex situations with critical thinking and problem-solving

- Utilizing coding standards and code review for software engineering

- Design and build full-stack features end-to-end — React/TypeScript front-ends and Python/FastAPI back-ends for GenAI agent products

- Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI to automate managed-services business processes

- Implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

- Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)

- Developing proficiency in React Native and scripting languages

- Leveraging tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions
