Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Process invoice, deposits, Activity Logs, SOX Report and other AR tasks
• Processing payments such as tracking, making bank deposits and running reports
• Properly track payments into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
• Communicating with clients request regarding additional assigned tasks
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Extremely organized to keep track of all emails, letters and calls related to client invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting (AP/AR), or similar
• Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
