bout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality WES to join our team and gain practical experience in quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will support the quality team in monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine quality inspections and testing activities.
• Support the Quality team with monitoring and documenting quality processes.
• Help identify, investigate, and report quality issues or non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks where required.
• Assist in ensuring that procedures and work instructions are followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• A strong interest in quality, process improvement, and operational excellence.
