As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. This includes applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday software solutions effectively
- Managing Workday's suite of cloud-based applications, including HR, finance, and payroll
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio for advanced data analysis and reporting
- Leading business transformation initiatives through strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
