As a Windows & Azure Administrator - Senior Associate, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a team that designs and implements secure IT systems to support business operations. Your efforts will optimize performance and minimize downtime, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients
- Managing network architecture, server management, and cloud computing to optimize performance
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure management
- Overseeing infrastructure architecture and optimization to minimize downtime
- Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to maintain service availability
- Leading IT project implementation and management to meet client needs
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and conducting troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Collaborating with teams to integrate DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Confirming compliance with cloud security and identity access management standards
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their infrastructure needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
