As a Web GIS Application Developer - Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of Business Application Consulting, focusing on Maximo Consulting to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will have the chance to work on projects that modernize field service and operations, leveraging your skills to create impactful applications that meet client needs.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing web GIS applications using IBM Maximo Asset Management to support client operations
- Integrating emerging technologies and middleware architecture to enhance application functionality
- Collaborating with teams to design and deploy solutions for field service and operations modernization
- Utilizing project management skills to coordinate application development and deployment activities
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine application features and improve user experience
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and optimize asset management processes
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline workflows and improve data accessibility
- Participating in the development of Maximo software functionalities to meet client-specific requirements
- Assisting in the deployment of Maximo integration solutions to enhance system interoperability
- Contributing to the design of solution architecture for energy, utilities, and mining sectors

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
