Über diese Videographer (Real Estate) Stelle bei MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C
We need a reliable Videographer (shooting + editing) to manage full-cycle video production (shooting through final edit) on a consistent weekly basis. No creative guesswork needed - our marketing and SMM teams provide structured briefs, references, and content plans. Your focus: crisp visuals, clear lighting/audio, comfortable on-camera talent, and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run shoots according to the monthly content plan agreed with the marketing team and the SMM manager.
- Set up and operate camera, lighting and soundon location, working as a one-person crew.
- Direct the people in front of the lens - keep speakers on script, make sure the text is delivered properly, and control how they look and sound in frame.
- Film all four content types: talking-head pieces, reportage, vertical short-form, and longer formats when required.
- Edit everything you shoot: cuts, pacing, subtitles, music, basic colour and sound correction, exported in the right aspect ratios.
- Deliver finished videos on the agreed deadlines - up to 30 per month.
- Keep footage organised: sensible file naming, backups, archive, and source files handed over to the team.
- Maintain your equipment so it is charged, working and ready on every shoot day.
- Coordinate access and permissions ahead of shoots together with the team.
- Contribute ideas: propose formats, references and improvements to briefs rather than only executing them.
- Flag risks to deadlines early, before they become missed publications.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shooting video in real estate — properties, developments, brokers or agency content.
- You must have your own equipment: camera, lighting, stabiliser, audio.
- Strong camera skills and a working understanding of light: how to read it, shape it, and fix it on location.
- Confidence directing people on camera. Most of the people you film are not professional presenters — you keep them on script, make them comfortable, and watch how they look and sound in frame. That is part of the job, not an extra.
- Solid editing skills: cuts and pacing, subtitles, music, basic colour and sound correction, correct export formats, and a tidy approach to files and versions. Nothing cinematic is expected — what matters is clean, consistent output delivered on schedule.
- Marketing thinking: you understand what a video is for and who it speaks to, and you can improve a brief rather than only follow it.
- A basic practical understanding of filming in Dubai — where you can and cannot shoot, and how permissions work in practice. You will not be handling this alone: our team helps with permits and with talking to developer and community representatives.
- Fluent English — this is the working language inside the team.
- Based in Dubai and able to travel to shoots across the city.
Portfolio — mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Your reel or folder must contain all three of the following:
- talking-head content — a piece where you handled the lighting, the sound and the speaker yourself;
- reportage — live, unscripted coverage of an event, a viewing or a site visit;
- vertical short-form content with a live speaker on camera.
Work filmed in Dubai is strongly preferred. For each piece, tell us what was yours — filming, lighting, editing, or all of it. We would rather see three honest pieces than a polished reel you only partly made.
Benefits
- Hybrid full-time position.
- A structured onboarding so you understand the company, the product and the audience from day one.
- Briefs, references and a content plan from our marketing team and SMM manager — you are not left to invent the work.
- Help building a workable shooting schedule around the agency’s calendar.
- Support with permits and with access to developer sites and communities.
- Flexibility on the editing side — deliver on time and where you cut is your business.
- A consistent flow of work in a niche that builds a genuinely strong portfolio — Dubai real estate.
