As a UX / Design Engineer - Senior Associate, you will focus on designing and developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products and services. You will create seamless user experiences through the use of advanced technologies and design principles. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within our Data, Analytics & AI competency network, where you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for digital products and services
- Creating seamless user experiences using advanced design principles and technologies
- Conducting usability testing and user research to inform design decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Utilizing tools like Figma and AngularJS to create interactive prototypes and mock-ups
- Implementing digital accessibility standards to enhance user inclusivity
- Analyzing industry trends to inform user interaction strategies and innovations
- Developing user personas and conducting workflow analysis to optimize user journeys
- Customizing and developing product features to meet client needs and enhance user satisfaction
- Applying human-centered design principles to improve customer experience and engagement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
