As a UK Payroll – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our People Operations practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently support our workforce. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating with HR teams to address employee inquiries and resolve issues in line with established protocols
- Utilizing HR software to maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with labor laws
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery
- Facilitating employee engagement strategies and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and process improvements
- Upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Navigating complex situations to provide effective HR solutions and support
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
