Role Overview
Our client is supporting the development of advanced AI systems through expert legal review, research, and evaluation.
We are looking for experienced U.S. immigration attorneys with a strong background in complex immigration matters, ideally gained within a BigLaw or comparable large-firm environment. The role involves reviewing legal documents and scenarios, drafting and evaluating legal content, conducting research, and assessing technology-enabled legal workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment (1099)
LOCATIONS: Remote USA
NOTES: Active legal licensure and demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law are required.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze immigration law documents, case materials, and legal scenarios for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content such as memos, briefs, and case documentation.
- Conduct legal research using professional databases and research tools.
- Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, completeness, reasoning quality, and practical usefulness.
- Review technology-enabled immigration workflows using case management or document-review tools.
- Identify legal, procedural, or factual issues and provide clear corrective feedback.
- Apply practical judgment from complex immigration matters to improve legal evaluation quality.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine legal data and evaluation standards.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly and consistently.
