As a Truck Driver, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Completing all daily safety and environmental requirements, along with proactive recognition and action to alleviate potential concerns.
• Completing daily housekeeping inspections and tasks.
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production of quality products.
• Actively participate in daily operation meetings, providing feedback and input to continuously improve the operation.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL license and T Endorsement.
• Minimum three (3) years of tractor/trailer and/or dump truck driving experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Wisconsin tanker endorsement (N)
• Heavy machinery operating experience and/or training
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving

Pay & Benefits:

The starting rate of pay for this position is $36.20. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
