Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transport movements and liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth handover.
• Manage transport bookings, quotes and documentation for a well documented and transparent process.
• Communicate transport updates and delays to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process transport dockets, invoices and receipting with accuracy.
• Provide reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors to our branch.
• Support accounts payable and general branch administration.

Requirements for success:

• Experience in a similar role in logistics or transport coordination
• Strong administration skills with demonstrated experience in adminstration
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (preferred)
