As a Transition Onboarding and Enablement - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services to enhance client operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and driving continuous improvement. Your work will involve streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency for our clients by managing key processes and functions on their behalf.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs. You will be part of a team that focuses on managed service management and strategy, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Managing the transition and onboarding of managed services to optimize client operations
- Developing and implementing strategies for continuous process improvement and service delivery excellence
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee delivery teams and validate timely completion of objectives
- Designing automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for business transformation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance enhancement
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and anticipate their needs
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skill development
- Leveraging technology resources to streamline operations and support client functions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
