As a Transition Onboarding and Enablement - Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by streamlining their operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes and tools for managed services
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Applying automation solutions to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence
- Participating in the design and development of automation frameworks to enhance service delivery
- Assisting in the analysis of operational performance to identify areas for improvement
- Contributing to the development of strategies for business process optimization and transformation
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for client support
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective service management
- Adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics in a fast-paced environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Process Automation (BPA)
- Utilizing skills in Automation Framework Design and Development
- Engaging in Continuous Process Improvement initiatives
- Applying knowledge of Operational Performance Management (OPM)
- Excelling in Service Level Management and Service Delivery
