Role Summary
As a Transactional Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction within our APAC market. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for inbound opportunities, process sampling campaign orders, and collaborate closely with our primarily oversees based sales team to build a healthy pipeline.
Because you will be joining a highly diverse, multicultural team, a core part of your success will involve demonstrating an exceptional level of multicultural fit, alongside mastering the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base to serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for our regional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Cycle: Qualify inbound leads and run the sales process to completion to ensure regional customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline & Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner closely with the account team and oversees based sales counterparts to identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and boost transactional revenue.
- Campaign Management: Efficiently process and manage incoming sales orders specifically for client sampling campaigns within the APAC region.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze and comprehend unique, localized customer requirements to provide tailored product solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become an expert on the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base (Program Basics) to effectively guide clients and provide insights on sampling programs.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Thrive within our multicultural internal ecosystem and demonstrate a high level of cultural agility when dealing with diverse clients and stakeholders across different time zones.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management (experience working with international clients or APAC markets is a major plus).
- High Multicultural Fit: Proven ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships within a diverse, multicultural team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a knack for building trust across different cultures and regions.
- Time-Zone Flexibility: Comfort and willingness to align working hours closely with the Australian sales team and APAC clients where necessary.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales workflow independently.
- Proven ability to learn complex product information quickly and take initiative.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce software is a strong plus.
