As a TPM + RGM SF Developer-Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Consulting practice, specializing in customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on pricing strategies and profitability analysis, helping clients optimize pricing models and maximize customer value.

As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage others. This role emphasizes adaptability, reliability, and personal growth, allowing you to deepen your technical knowledge and grow your personal brand. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate team and client needs, and embrace ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support clients in transforming their commercial functions through strategy, operations, and technology. You will be involved in modernizing sales, marketing, and customer service functions, creating connected customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and sustaining performance through managed services.

Responsibilities

Candidates should demonstrate working experience and/or knowledge in the following areas: 

• Salesforce Platform Fundamentals: Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder. 

• API & Integration Basics: Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations and how external systems connect to Salesforce. 

• Version Control & Deployment: Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX), scratch orgs, and Git-based version control workflows. 

• Security Model: Understanding of the Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, and permission sets. 

• Agile Practices: Exposure to working in Agile or Scrum team environments with iterative delivery cycles.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate developing technical delivery abilities within a project team that includes the following:  Salesforce Development 
  • 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience in a production environment 
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) / Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Administrator certification a plus 
  • Experience with declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules 
  • Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations 
• DevOps & Deployment 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX), scratch orgs, and Git-based version control 
  • Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and basic Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts 
• Collaboration & Delivery 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment 
  • Participate in requirement workshops, contribute to solution discussions, and apply review feedback 
  • Execute unit testing; support system integration testing / user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) cycles 
  • Assist with deployment activities and support post-release validation 
•  Nice to Have 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or currently working towards it 
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration 
  • Basic familiarity with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) or Marketing Cloud 
  • Exposure to Einstein Analytics / Tableau Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or reporting tools 
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum team environment
  • Experience: 2–3 years of prior relevant Salesforce development experience. Exposure to enterprise or consulting environments will be an advantage.

- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
