- Lead the EMEA implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, supported by Syndio and in close collaboration with P&C, Legal and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regional oversight of employee benefits, supporting local P&C teams with market benchmarking, benefit reviews, governance and alignment with global principles.
- Lead regional compensation processes, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, salary structures and related analysis.
- Support executive remuneration processes and disclosures, including compensation reviews, executive agreements, governance, and reporting for the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting.

- Experience leading regional compensation processes, including market benchmarking, executive compensation, salary structures, job architecture and job evaluation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data and complex reward topics into clear, practical recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR systems, reporting tools or business-intelligence platforms.

It is an advantage if you also have

- Familiarity with remuneration disclosures, Annual Reports or Annual General Meeting processes.
- Experience implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive or conducting pay-equity analysis.
- Experience using Mercer methodologies and market data.
- Experience working with Syndio or a similar pay-equity and transparency platform.
- Experience working with Workday or similar HCM Systems.
What we offer

- A broad role combining regional compensation and benefits responsibilities with exposure to executive remuneration and governance.
- A collaborative and international working environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
- The opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to strategic business and people decisions.
