What would you do? • Process Matter Experts are deep subject matter experts who work closely with clients and GPOs. They serve as a critical link between the client and Accenture service delivery teams, ensuring effective process execution, compliance, quality standards, issue resolution, and alignment of business and operational objectives. • candidates with Compensation Benefits experience • Localization • Compile localization practices to help with localization preparation • Participate in the localization sessions and provide process input • Document localization requirements needed for SOP creation
What are we looking for? • Cutover and Ongoing Operations • Work with GPOs to execute process cutover activities • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor process specific KPIs • Contribute to the development of a Global Quality Framework with measurable standards aligned to client and contractual requirements • Partner with Service Delivery Leads to address key issues critical escalations and operational challenges
Roles and Responsibilities: • Global Design • Provide end to end process expertise and support future state process design initiatives • Support GPOs in identifying leading practices and process design considerations that drive operational efficiency • Provide input into Workday enablement initiatives identify automation opportunities and address process gaps • Work with GPOs to document process narratives required for standard operating procedures Localization • Compile localization requirements and support localization planning activities • Participate in localization sessions and provide process expertise • Document localization requirements for standard operating procedure development • Testing • Provide input and compile end to end process scenarios • Participate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creation • Develop and validate end to end process scenarios • Participate in process testing to gain system and process knowledge and support standard operating procedure creation • Standard Operating Procedure Development • Develop standard operating procedures for assigned process areas • Develop SOPs for each process area • Work with their GPOs and their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of DTP content
