Your opportunity
Reporting to the Time & Attendance Lead, the Time & Attendance Officer provides frontline support for Time & Attendance processes and systems across Anglicare. This role works closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, managers and employees to ensure accurate workforce data, timely issue resolution and smooth pay-close activities.
You will be responsible for supporting employees and managers with system navigation, troubleshooting, data corrections and administrative activities that contribute to accurate payroll processing.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Process manual timesheets and historical corrections accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support Time & Attendance close activities, including exception management and manager follow-up.
- Troubleshoot system issues, including punch errors and scheduling conflicts, and provide support to employees and managers.
- Respond to enquiries and deliver high-quality customer service aligned with Anglicare's 3Cs framework.
- Contribute to audit readiness, compliance reporting, process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
You are a customer-focused administrator with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. You enjoy working with systems, solving problems and supporting stakeholders to navigate processes confidently.
What’s required:
- Experience in payroll or Time & Attendance operations.
- Experience working with complex systems such as UKG or similar platforms.
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
What’s preferred:
- Experience supporting pay-close activities and compliance processes.
- The ability to troubleshoot system and data issues confidently.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process enhancement.
