As a Tibco Senior Developer- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional services. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and fostering personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Your work will involve managing delivery risk and performance, contributing to the firm's business strategies, and using your skills to anticipate client needs. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running outsourced solutions for various client functions
- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
- Overseeing project management activities, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of services
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous process improvement
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
- Designing and developing automation solutions to improve operational performance and reduce costs
- Coordinating service delivery and performance management to meet client expectations
- Conducting risk documentation and operational risk management to mitigate potential issues
- Collaborating with teams to enhance service level management and deliverable planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

• Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc., 

• Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.
