THE REFORM ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME
Twelve weeks. Six departments. No CV required.
Westminster is a rarely opened door for many across our country. Especially young people. It’s often about who you know, who you meet, and whether you're in the right place at the right time. This system has produced the current rotten political class that has broken Britain.
We're building something else.
The Reform Accelerator is a twelve-week, full-time, paid programme inside Reform UK's headquarters. You will be working on all aspects of our party operations and will help us as we gear up for the 2027 local elections and an upcoming general election - from the week you walk in.
What you'll do
Two weeks of induction first: how the party actually works, how campaigns are won, why Reform exists and how to speak to millions of people who want radical change - taught by the people running it. Talks and sessions with senior staff and party figures. You'll see every department, and then you’ll get to work.
Then ten weeks embedded in our HQ:
Digital, Press, Research, Policy, Campaigns, Events and more.
Real work with real deadlines in a high stakes political environment.
Who we're looking for
Ambitious. Hungry. Fast. People who'd rather build something than sit through three years of university.
You do not need a degree. You do not need to have been to the right school or know the right people. You do not need experience in politics.
You do need to be able to do the work - which is why we're not asking for your CV. Where asked for your CV, please attach 300 words on why you made the choices you did in your tasks.
How to apply
Do all of the following tasks and send us the result:
-
Create a visual leaflet or an attack ad on the Conservative Party that will have mass appeal and understanding.
-
Imagine you are the press officer tasked with launching Operation Fortress for Zia Yusuf. Create a plan to launch the policy, using all avenues, press and digital.
-
Research and brief an original policy idea that Reform UK should adopt, condense into three pages max.
Attach 300 words on why you made the choices you did in your tasks.
That's the whole application. We will judge your work, and nothing else.
