Your Impact 

As a Test Technician, you are the heartbeat of our quality assurance process. You’ll be the hands-on expert at our manufacturing partner sites, ensuring our cutting-edge technology meets the high standards our customers expect. 

In this role, you will: 

• Solve Complex Challenges: You’ll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore critical networking systems, turning complex problems into seamless solutions. 

• Drive Innovation: From prototyping electromechanical systems to refining experimental circuitry, you’ll help bring new ideas to life by designing, building, and testing specialized equipment. 

• Collaborate for Quality: Working alongside our manufacturing partners, you’ll use statistical methods and advanced diagnostic tools to analyze performance and ensure every device is performing at its best. 

• Grow and Contribute: Whether you’re working from schematics or developing new testing methods, your unique perspective and technical curiosity will directly influence our ability to deliver reliable, world-class technology.

Minimum Qualifications 

• A Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months).
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in test engineering, hardware diagnostics, or a related role within high-volume electronics manufacturing or a related field

• Demonstrated knowledge of at least two standard Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, or automated test software). 

• English Proficiency: Capable of expressing ideas clearly and comprehending written texts effectively.

Preferred Skills 

• Programming knowledge – OOP and Python would be a bonus. 

• Linux/Unix shell scripting. 

• Layer 2/3 data networking experience. 

• CCNA certification desired, Linux certificate is an advantage. 

• DB query experience (SQL, Cassandra, Impala, etc.).
