Today, the company is led by Evan Yurman and creates timeless, yet contemporary collections for women and men defined by inspiration, innovation, consummate craftsmanship and cable — its artistic signature. David Yurman collections are available at 49 retail stores throughout the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and France and at over 300 locations worldwide.

Title: Market Week Receptionist

Overview

The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during September 24th until October 1st. The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

• Provide information to callers

• Greet people entering organization

• Direct people to correct destinations

• Field queries from the public and customers

• General administrative and clerical support

• Maintain conference room schedules

• Maintain company contact sheet

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel

• Proficient in Outlook

Pay Range:

The estimated pay range for this role is $25-$27 per hour
