Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CPaaS Intern to join our team in Brazil. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the CPaaS industry, supporting our customer base and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Provide first-line customer support for Infobip's CPaaS solutions, addressing inquiries and resolving basic technical issues.
* Document existing processes and workflows related to customer support and CPaaS operations.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of improvements.
* Assist with registration management for new and existing clients, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Learn and utilize various internal tools and platforms relevant to CPaaS operations and customer support.
* Support traffic control and traffic management activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Participate in troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve more complex technical issues under supervision.
* Engage in mentorship opportunities, learning from experienced professionals within the Infobip team.

Job Qualifications**

* Strong interest in Customer Support and the CPaaS industry.
* Basic understanding of Process Documentation and Process Optimization principles.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new Tool Knowledge quickly.
* Excellent attention to detail for Registration Management tasks.
* Proactive and eager to learn about Traffic Control and Traffic Management.
* Demonstrated ability to assist with Troubleshooting technical issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
