REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

Escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido o carrera técnica

Experiencia: 1 año deseable en procesos de preparación de pintura

Conocimientos técnicos:

• Aritmética, conversión de unidades de medida y cálculo de porcentajes

• Operación de equipos de preparación: volumetrix, tanques de almacenamiento y bancos de agitación

• Control de inventarios y manejo de hojas técnicas de productos

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Preparación y suministro de pintura: Preparar y suministrar productos de pintura a las diferentes estaciones de uso, operando equipos de mezclado, agitación y filtración; verificando viscosidad, manómetros, bombas y tierras físicas conforme a las especificaciones del proceso del cliente.

• Calidad y control de proceso: Verificar propiedades físicas y químicas de los productos durante el mezclado, identificar desviaciones, mantener registros de entrega y orden en el cuarto de mezcla, y participar en actividades de mejora continua y resolución de modos de falla.

• Inventario y logística: Gestionar el control de inventarios, asegurar el correcto envasado, etiquetado e identificación de contenedores (código, fecha y hora de fabricación) y coordinar la entrega de productos conforme a los controles establecidos.

• Seguridad y trabajo en equipo: Cumplir y promover las políticas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente de Axalta y del cliente; colaborar con el equipo técnico y el personal del cliente para el cumplimiento de metas de producción, calidad y reducción de costos.
