Responsibilities:

Management trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive formal training in a variety of identified areas by the managers. Management trainees are trained with an expectation of taking on higher responsibility after a span of one year or more. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.• Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.• Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.• Support staff by taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
