Summary:
As a Technology Architect, your day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. You focus on defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with strategic goals and operational requirements is a key part of your role, enabling seamless integration and robust system design.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technology components to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality architectural practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong expertise in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in managing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for database environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure database architectures that support enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP HANA with various enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex database issues to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
