With around 20 permanent employees and 20 to 30 temporary workers, we produce over 45 million packages annually for the fresh produce sector, food industry, and floriculture. Your Role

As a Technical Operator, you are the specialist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine adjustments. You will work in a two-shift system and ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Locate and resolve machine malfunctions
• Perform (emergency) repairs and maintenance
• Carry out inspections and reporting
• Execute major maintenance tasks
• Support production staff during night shifts
• Maintain a safe and tidy workplace

Your Profile

• MBO level 3 in a technical field
• Accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility
• Stress-resistant and safety-conscious
• Experience with mechanical maintenance
• Electrical knowledge
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
