Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Technician Facility Maintenance. In this position, you will be responsible, working as part of a team, for the operation and maintenance of all plant equipment, including both preventive and corrective maintenance, in accordance with internal specifications.

Job Location:

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What you will be doing:

• Experience in the management and maintenance of plant facilities (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, HVAC, and utilities).
• Ability to perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance.
• Skills in failure analysis, root cause diagnosis, and definition of corrective actions.
•  Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.
•  Sensitivity to environmental aspects and sustainability.

What you will bring along:

• High school diploma or vocational qualification with a technical/electrical specialization.
• Experience in plant maintenance, with basic electrical knowledge.
•  Knowledge and ability to read and interpret mechanical and pneumatic diagrams and manage the electrical aspects, gained through at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in the management and maintenance of plant facilities (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, HVAC, utilities).
• Proactive, dynamic attitude, strong initiative, good communication skills, and willingness to grow professionally.
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to coordination activities.
• Basic knowledge of the English language (school-level proficiency).
•  Knowledge of main IT and communication systems.
•  Basic knowledge of problem-solving processes.
