1.有3年以上从事消防维保/项目施工行业经验；

2.了解国标对消防设施维护保养的要求及系统操作；

3.独立完成消防设施的测试及维修，包含火灾报警系统/自动水喷淋系统/气灭系统/防排烟系统等相关消防系统；

4.有从事诺迪菲尔品牌火灾报警系统操作/编程/调试/维修等相关经验；

5.能够依据现场维护保养手册/操作手续独立完成设备的检查与维修；

6.有良好的沟通能力，可以完整且详细组织维护保养与维修消防设施，包含现场的应急响应；

7.能够完全服从现场的工作分配，对于有质疑的工作事宜及时且当面与现场管理人员升级反馈；

8.完成现场的入职培训后，可遵循SK现场的管理要求，无违规事项；

9.待人处事融洽，团结消防团队的所有人员，有分歧或疑问优先升级管理人员，避免纠纷；

10.已获取消防四级证（维保方向）或已参加消防四级证报考；
