Your Challenge

Following a tailored onboarding and training program, you will provide both technical and commercial support to our distributors, partners, and customers. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth by designing and implementing winning solutions across Videojet’s portfolio: Continuous Inkjet, Thermal Inkjet, Laser, Labeling, and High-Resolution printing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical consultant to customers and strategic accounts, defining the right value propositions both technically and commercially.

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to identify opportunities across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging and production line applications.

• Support sales teams in solution design by aligning customer needs with optimal product configurations and application capabilities.

• Demonstrate Videojet solutions to customers, highlighting value and differentiation from competitors.

• Organize customer visits and actively support business development through the partner network.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to partner Field Service teams (remote and on-site).

• Deliver training to channel partners and customer accounts to enhance technical skills and product know-how.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers receive best-in-class solutions and service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of combined sales and technical customer support experience.

• Solid experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques: lead generation, value selling, negotiation.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across assigned regions.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Russian is a strong advantage).

• Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with strong teamwork and relationship-building ability.
