You’ll be joining an international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

What you’ll do :  

During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will:

• Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE’s solutions portfolio.
• Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements
• Maintain good communications with customers and partners.
• Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing  

What you’ll need:  

• Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in a technical field, IT business informatics, economics, or related subjects
• Up to 12 months of relevant experience
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, alongside strong proficiency in Polish is required for this role.
• High proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrate a methodical approach with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
