Tax - Director

 Primary Job Duties Responsibilities

 Supervising all US and International tax compliances and submissions covering Corporate Tax, State and Local Sales C Use Taxes, VAT and Franchise Taxes. I

1. 1. Working on Indirect Taxation / Direct Taxation matters with the third-party tax consultants
   2. Filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits
   3. Monthly and quarterly provision workings including tracking the carry forward of NOLs (Sec 382), section 162(m) workings, GILTI, deferred taxes, etc.
   4. Performs research activities on tax issues and have informed discussion with the tax consultant and advice the internal teams
   5. Tax implications on the Intercompany matters on both US and global entities
   6. Working on the sales and use tax compliance to ensure taxes are appropriately charged to the clients and monthly / quarterly returns are filed

1. Building and supervising the team for Tax
2. Ensuring the Internal control environment
3. Support the internal and external Audits

Qualifications

 CA / CPA with 6-10 years of experience in Taxes.

1. Preferably worked in a US Company and handled a corporate role.
2. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
3. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Detail oriented and have a “Hands-On” work attitude
6. Able to work with minimum supervision
