Experience partnering with senior leaders to diagnose organisational capability needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Demonstrated success in facilitating leadership development and capability-building initiatives across diverse audiences and geographies.
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how talent strategy contributes to organisational performance.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across regional and global environments.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution in a dynamic and evolving business context.
