Über diese Talent Acquisition Manager Stelle bei FE fundinfo
Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the future of talent acquisition for a global fintech company, building and empowering a high-performing recruitment team across India.
As Talent Acquisition Manager at FE fundinfo, you'll have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact — not just on the people you hire, but on the team you lead and the culture you help build. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and hands-on delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders to design a best-in-class recruitment function that fuels the company's growth across its global offices. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love developing others as much as you love finding great talent, this is the role for you.
Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager will include:
- Directly managing, coaching, and mentoring the local Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment while driving accountability through goal-setting and regular performance discussions.
- Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a robust global TA model, including the integration of systems, processes, and practices that meet corporate standards.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for designated roles, partnering with local HR teams and hiring managers to understand their needs, review job descriptions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Proactively sourcing niche talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, building networks online and offline to promote FE fundinfo's employer brand and attract top professionals.
- Maintaining and reporting on team KPIs and recruitment pipeline data, using analytics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, relevant employment law, and company security policies throughout all recruitment activity, and conducting regular audits to uphold recruitment standards.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
- You will have extensive experience as an internal recruiter, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry, with a strong track record of sourcing niche skillsets within tight timeframes.
- You will have a solid understanding of local employment law and its impact on recruitment processes, with demonstrable experience ensuring compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- You will have proven experience mentoring or leading a recruitment team, with the ability to adapt your management style to develop individuals and build team capability.
- You will have experience driving recruitment process transformation, including developing and implementing recruitment policies that align with organisational goals.
- You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build rapport quickly at senior levels and the organisational ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
