BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Candidate must live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone and within commutable distance to Pennsauken, NJ.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern.
Travel: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with occasional travel to our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters for meetings, team collaboration, and other business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.
- Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions.
- Working collaboratively to initiate background checks.
- Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency
