  • Demonstrated problem‑solving expertise and a track record of innovative technical solutions.

  • Prior Systems Engineering experience is highly advantageous; experience in product development is also valuable.

  • Thermal imaging experience is not required, but the ability to learn quickly is essential. Familiarity with optics, sensors, electronics, mechanical design, software development, or advanced signal processing is a strong plus.

  • Ability to work onsite as needed to lead project teams.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, supplier meetings, tradeshows, or company events.

  • No direct reports, but must excel at leading cross‑functional development teams and providing technical oversight.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, often for half of the workday.

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pounds, unassisted.
