Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor in an engineering field. Administers methods based on proven research for the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team. Applies practical skills of the field to complete tasks. Contributes to scientific projects and processes under minimal supervision.
Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on area of responsibility within the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team.
Participates in the development, testing, and deployment of software and documents issues encountered.
Assists with identifying product design features to support scalability, usability, and better performance.
Participates in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work delivered by the development team.
Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
